Keyla is intended for individuals or businesses that require assistance with AI video generation. To use Keyla, you must have an active paid subscription. Free trials are not available.

3. Services Provided

Keyla offers the following services:

• Lipsync technology
• User-generated content (UGC) creation

By generating videos through Keyla, you are granted a commercial license to use the videos. However, DIGIMERI OÜ is not responsible for any misuse of the videos, including but not limited to illegal activities or bans from media platforms.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the videos complies with all applicable laws and regulations. DIGIMERI OÜ is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of the videos.

4.2 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide to Keyla for video generation.

5. Limitation of Liability

By using Keyla, you acknowledge and agree that:

• DIGIMERI OÜ is not liable for any errors, service outages, or interruptions in service.
• We are not responsible for any misuse of the videos generated using Keyla.
• We provide no warranty for the accuracy or performance of the videos generated.
• In no event shall DIGIMERI OÜ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Paid Subscriptions

Access to Keyla requires an active paid subscription. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are current and that your subscription is valid.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, you will not be eligible for a refund of any fees already paid unless otherwise required by law.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Keyla if we detect any malicious usage patterns or violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
